How we make it right depends on whether you've opened the bottle yet.

Email us within 30 days of delivery. We send a prepaid return label, you ship it back, and we refund the full product price once it arrives.

Used it daily for at least 14 days and not satisfied? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your first order — no return required.

30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products)

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return on unopened, sealed bottles. To qualify:

  • Condition: exact same condition as received — unopened, unused, sealed, no damage to the safety seal.
  • Packaging: original undamaged packaging, including any branded boxes or pouches.
  • Proof of purchase: order confirmation email, invoice, or order number.

Opened or used Crocea bottles cannot be physically returned — they are covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee instead.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Opened Products)

Opened the bottle and not satisfied? We still refund you — no physical return required.

  • You must have used Crocea consistently as directed — one softgel per day with a meal containing fat, for at least 14 consecutive days.
  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Valid on your first order only, limited to one refund per household.
  • We may ask for a brief note about your experience to help us improve.

To claim: email support@trycrocea.com with your order number and a sentence about your experience. We typically process satisfaction refunds within 1–2 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your bottle is damaged in transit, the safety seal is broken, the lot number is missing, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return shipping required.

Free Gifts & Promotional Items

Free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns or refunds, whether opened or unopened. This includes:

  • Items from Buy-One-Get-One or "free gift with purchase" promotions.
  • Post-purchase upsells at deeply discounted pricing — these are final sale.
  • Loyalty rewards, sample sachets, or referral gifts.

Returning a qualifying order? If you return the paid item that qualified you for a free gift, you must also return the free item in unused, sealed condition. Failure to return the free item may result in a partial refund, with the retail value deducted from your refund total.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are paid directly to our carriers and fulfilment partners, and are therefore non-refundable on returned orders or cancellations.

For returns we authorise, we send you a prepaid return shipping label. If you ship the item back at your own expense without a label from us, we can't reimburse those costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Personal-care goods that have been opened (this is why our Satisfaction Guarantee exists for opened Crocea).
  • Sale items, clearance items, and bundle-discounted purchases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items received as free gifts or post-purchase upsells (see above).

If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to request a return on the original item and, once approved, place a separate order for the replacement. You don't have to wait for the original return to clear before your new order ships.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification. This is in addition to the 30-day windows above.

The item must be in the same condition received — unopened, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation. EU customers should email support@trycrocea.com to start a cooling-off return.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the refund decision.

  • If approved: the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank processing: allow additional time (typically 3–5 business days) for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
  • Longer than 15 business days? Contact us at support@trycrocea.com and we'll investigate immediately.

How to Start a Return

Email support@trycrocea.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason. We respond within one business day with next steps. If your return is approved, we send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package.

Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
