    Order Placed

    Immediately

    You receive an order-confirmation email within minutes. Save your order number — you may need it later.

    Processing

    1–5 business days

    We pack your order from our warehouse, inspect the seal on every bottle, and prepare it for the carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.

    Shipped

    You get a tracking link

    Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to follow its journey.

    Delivered

    7–14 business days after shipping

    Your bottle arrives. Open it, take one softgel with breakfast, and start your 30-day window.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days of being placed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (new launches, holiday season), processing may take a day or two longer. If your order is delayed beyond 5 business days, we'll email you proactively.

Shipping Time

  • After processing, your order is expected to arrive within 7–14 business days.
  • Transit times vary based on your location, the shipping method available at checkout, and carrier-side factors beyond our control.
  • Customs clearance, postal backlogs, and severe weather can occasionally cause delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your destination and chosen method. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises at the door.

US orders over $50 ship free.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.

You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. International transit times vary depending on the destination country and any customs procedures that apply.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country of delivery. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please first check with your neighbors and household — then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, email us a photo within 7 days of receipt and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

A note on delays

Delivery times listed above are estimates based on typical carrier performance. Customs clearance, postal-service backlogs, severe weather, and major holidays can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please reach out — we'll investigate and make it right.
