    Automatic Refills

    On your scheduled date, a new order is created automatically using your saved payment and address. We email you 3 days before each charge so nothing is a surprise.

    Pause, skip a shipment, change frequency, swap products, or cancel — anytime, from your account or by email. No retention scripts, no fees.

Billing & Frequency

Subscription orders are billed and shipped on a recurring schedule from the date of your first order.

  • Default frequency: every 30 days. You can change this to 45 or 60 days from your account.
  • Amount charged: the subscription price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping. The amount may change if local tax rates change, if shipping rates change, or if you change products mid-subscription.
  • How long: recurring charges continue until you cancel or pause. There is no minimum commitment and no contract.

Your Subscription Discount

Subscribers save 15% off the one-time price on every shipment, including your first. The discount is automatically applied at checkout and on every refill order — you'll see it itemised on each receipt.

The discount applies for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current subscription pricing applies.

Email Notifications You'll Receive

  • Order confirmation — within minutes of signing up
  • Pre-shipment reminder — 3 days before each refill is charged, so you can pause, skip, or update if you need to
  • Shipment confirmation — when each order leaves our warehouse, with tracking
  • Payment failure — if a card declines, so you can update it

Every one of these emails contains a one-click cancellation link and a link to manage your subscription.

Pause, Skip, or Change Frequency

From your account → Manage subscription you can:

  • Skip a shipment — push your next delivery out by one cycle
  • Pause — hold your subscription for up to 90 days
  • Change frequency — switch between 30, 45, or 60 days
  • Swap products — change to a different Crocea product without losing your subscription pricing

Changes made before your next billing date take effect immediately.

Payment Method & Failed Charges

Your saved payment method is used for each refill. You can update it anytime from your account.

If a charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, fraud alert), we'll email you immediately and retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If we can't process the charge, your subscription is paused — not cancelled — until you update payment.

24-Hour Cancellation Cutoff

To skip an upcoming shipment, you must cancel or pause at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Once a refill order is created (at the scheduled billing time), it's immediately queued for packing and shipment — we can no longer stop it. However, every shipment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so if you don't want it, send us an email when it arrives and we'll refund it in full.

The 90-Day Guarantee Applies to Every Shipment

Not just your first one. Every subscription shipment is covered for 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. If you don't feel a difference — or if a refill arrives at the wrong time and you want it refunded — email us with the order number and we'll process it within one business day. No restocking fees, no return required for opened bottles.

Subscription Is Always Optional

At checkout, Subscribe & Save is one of two options — One-Time Order is the other. You can remove the subscription with a single click before paying, or change it during checkout.

We never enrol you in a subscription without an explicit choice on your part, and we never use forced-continuity dark patterns. If you see anything that looks like one, please tell us — we want to know.
